Today we’re rolling out the new MOQ1 shop — a sleeker, more polished, more brand-forward shopping experience that’s now live across every shop on the platform. No setup required. No migration. If you have a shop on MOQ1, it just got an upgrade.
This release is the most visible change to MOQ1 in a long time, and it’s just the start of a much bigger transformation we’ve been building toward. The shop your clients see today is sharper, faster, and tuned to convert — and the foundation we’ve laid sets the stage for the customization tools coming next.
What’s new
We rebuilt the front-end of every shop with four priorities: a modern look and feel, deeper brand identity for the client whose logo is on the storefront, a shopping experience designed around the moment someone decides to buy, and a cart that’s now a sales tool in its own right.
Here’s what that looks like in practice.

Sleeker design, end-to-end
Every page of every shop got a visual refresh. The catalog. The product detail pages. The cart. The order tracking screens. The shopping experience now feels modern, intentional, and clean — the kind of storefront a distributor can confidently put in front of their best clients.
Simplified product color display. Instead of every variant cluttering the grid, products show cleaner, with color options surfacing where they matter.
Faster page loads. The whole front-end has been optimized for speed, so shoppers spend less time waiting and more time browsing.
And it all works beautifully on mobile. More shoppers than ever are buying from their phones — often more than from a desktop. The new MOQ1 shop was rebuilt with a mobile-forward experience in mind, optimized to perform on the screens where most of the shopping actually happens.
Brand-forward shops, automatically
The biggest single change you’ll see is how much each shop now feels like your client’s brand.
Branded banner, everywhere. Every shop now features a branded banner that pulls through the uploaded logo and the shop’s color palette automatically. That banner carries across the shop and every individual product page, keeping the brand experience consistent from the first click to checkout.
Shop colors throughout the experience. Shop colors are now used in design elements throughout the shop and checkout process — buttons, accents, calls to action — so the whole experience reflects the brand your client cares about, not just MOQ1’s.
Branded social sharing. Social sharing has been optimized to reflect the individual shop’s identity. When someone shares a product or shop link, the preview pulls the shop’s branding instead of the parent site.
Category-based landing page. The category-based landing page view seen in some of the shop screenshots is a new feature available upon request. Reach out to your account manager for more information.
Tuned to convert
We didn’t just make the shops look better — we made them work harder.
The overall flow has been optimized toward “add to cart” behavior. Page layouts, sorting, filtering, and navigation are all tuned to help shoppers find what they want and complete a purchase without friction.
Smarter filtering and sorting. Shoppers can now filter products by color or price, and sort by price low-to-high, price high-to-low, newest, or featured. Sort preferences can even be shared via URL — so if you want to send a client a link with products already sorted a specific way, you can.
A clearer checkout. The checkout flow has been simplified and streamlined — easier to follow, with less friction between the cart and a completed order. It’s also been built to support additional payment options down the road.
Related products that actually relate. The “related products” widget on each product page now stays inside the shop you’re viewing — no jumping into the broader catalog mid-flow. The shopping experience stays focused.
Faster page loads. The whole front-end has been optimized for speed. Less waiting, more browsing.
Optimized for search and discovery. Shop pages and product pages have been significantly improved for SEO value and AI discoverability, driving more organic traffic to every shop.
Built to share
The cart is now a sales tool.
Cart sharing turns any MOQ1 cart into a transferable link — products, colors, designs, sizes, quantities, all preserved. It bridges the gap between self-service ecommerce and the consultative way distributors actually sell. The shopper still gets the convenience of completing the order online. The distributor still gets to shape the recommendation. Nobody has to choose.
Here’s what it unlocks.
Build the order for your client. A distributor can pre-build the full cart — the recommended products, colors, designs, sizes, quantities — and send a single link. The client reviews the selections and completes checkout. No back-and-forth product links, no manually typed quotes, no “let me know which colors you want” emails. The recommendation arrives ready to buy.
Build it once, reuse it many times. Cart sharing makes repeatable order packages effortless to construct and resend. New employee kits. Event staff apparel. Team uniforms. Customer appreciation gifts. Build the package once, share it whenever the next client needs the same thing. Repeat business that used to require rebuilding every order now travels with the link.
Get the right person to approve and pay. In corporate ordering, the person picking the merchandise often isn’t the person authorized to buy it. Cart sharing closes that gap. The shopper assembles, the approver reviews the actual cart — not a forwarded summary — and completes checkout. Nothing gets lost in translation between the recommendation and the purchase.
A more polished product experience
A few smaller improvements add up to a more confident shopping experience for the end customer:
Back prints highlighted on 2-sided and back-only products. When a product has a design on the back, the back print now displays prominently in the catalog — so shoppers know exactly what they’re buying.
Restricted combinations prevented. Designs that aren’t compatible with certain product colors are now fully restricted at the design step. Shoppers can no longer accidentally create combinations that your client doesn’t want to give them access to, which means fewer surprises and fewer reprints.
Standardized lead times. Lead time language is now consistent across every product, every page, and the FAQ — so your clients always know what to expect.
Improved order tracking. The tracking page has been streamlined with clearer product statuses, including better handling of quality control reprints so customers don’t get confused if part of their order is re-running.
Right chest placement, now available. Right chest is now a built-in placement preset, ready to select alongside the existing options.
Fully ADA compliant. Every shop now meets accessibility standards across the board — including visible contrast across all design elements and full compatibility with screen readers. The shops your clients put in front of their customers, employees, and members are now accessible to everyone who visits them.

New Enterprise features: smarter design, smarter routing
The new MOQ1 release includes a set of capabilities specific to Enterprise accounts.
Smart template color selection. Template designs now adapt automatically to the product variant they’re applied to, so the design always works with the product — no manual color-matching required.
Design colors that align with shop colors. Template designs now pull color cues from the shop’s brand palette, keeping the brand system consistent across every shop in your network.
SEO optimization across Enterprise shops. Shop and product pages have been significantly improved for search visibility and AI discoverability — driving more organic traffic to every shop you operate.
Improved shop search at the site level. Customers can now find the right shop faster from the parent site, with smarter matching and clearer navigation between shops in large multi-shop networks.
If you’re an Enterprise customer and want to dig into any of these in detail, your account team can walk you through how they apply to your specific setup. Interested in MOQ1 for Enterprises? Learn more here.
